Both of the students seem to have trouble with the dress code at this private school. It is decided that if they think that parts of their uniforms are optional, then the administrator will also have the authority to decide which pieces of their uniforms are optional. On the day in question, they are only allowed to wear their ties. They are required to maintain this position until the next class has been dismissed, so all of the other girls at the school can see them standing naked and embarrassed.
